CDA 12.2 update SyncPermissions.ps1 runs into timeout (after 60s)

Issue:
When running the SyncPermissions.ps1 during the update from ARA 12.0.3 to CDA 12.2.1, it always ran into timeout-errors, without printing any useful information (besides, that it ran into a timeout).

Cause:
A problem has been fixed where Sync Permission tool runs into timeout in the large system by introducing a new parameter -TimeoutSec (tos) and using default timeout value 7200 seconds.
Resolution:
The issue was found and fixed with Release.Manager 9.0.2 in Release Manager. The Package is available for download at the Automic-Support-Zone (https://support.automic.com). Hotfix-Description: Fix the object null reference exception when importing execution. A problem has been fixed where the filter does not handle the null value of the field.
