CCA UI shows error of "varbinary is incompatible with text "

Issue:
After installing CCA, when attempting to perform any option, an error message of "varbinary is incompatible with text " appears in the CCA UI .  The root cause is an invalid CCA install
Reinstalling CCA may not work
Resolution:
To resolve, manually setup the database and install CCA
If CCA service is running, stop it
  1. Manually create a database for cca
  2. Assign an account sa or relative) to the database
  3. Set value true to “Recursive Triggers enabled”
  4. Create sql user
  5. Set user mapping to cca database (schema=dbo)
  6. Add role of db_owner
  7. Disconnect from database and reconnect using new login
  8. Back to CCA install, select "Use Existing Database"
  9. Enter the new database user already created
  10. Snapshot Isolation Not enabled or CLR Not enabled screen may appear, select no ( do not cancel)
  11. For Isolation Message, in SQL Query Window
  12. ALTER DATABASE "DatabaseName" SET ALLOW_SNAPSHOT_ISOLATION GO
  13. For CLR Message, in SQL Query Window:
  14. GO 
    RECONFIGURE; 
    GO 
    sp_configure 'clr enabled', 1; 
    GO 
    RECONFIGURE; 
    GO
  15. Back to CCA installer, select next to continue
  16. Confirm CCA installed after completion of wizard by going to UI and confirming Blueprints and Access Profiles exist in the UI
