Symptom:

The CAY6182S ERROR INITIALIZING AUTOPROC "JCLSRB" error message may appear after a z/OS upgrade has been done to the operating system and if you are using the AUTOPROC option.

 

Solution:

This indicates that the required z/OS level fixes are not applied.  Here is the link for the compatibility matrix for the required z/OS fixes.
