Environment:

 WCC 11.4.*

Cause:

 This location of the required libjli.so does not exist in $LD_LIBRARY_PATH_64

Resolution:

Open $CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION/tomcat/conf/wrapper.conf and change the following line:

set.LD_LIBRARY_PATH_64=%CA_WAAE_SDK_LIB%;%LD_LIBRARY_PATH_64%

to the following one:

set.LD_LIBRARY_PATH_64=$CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION/jre/lib/sparcv9/jli:%CA_WAAE_SDK_LIB%;%LD_LIBRARY_PATH_64%

A similar change may need to be made in $CA_WCC_INSTALL_LOCATION/derby/conf/wrapper.conf.
