CA-Visual infrastructure "Work order" not readable

Sometimes, it is not possible to see the Work Order (PDF document) when the user clicks on “Preview”.
The user gets the message “There was an error opening this document. Access denied”.
This problem occurs when "CA Visual Infrastructure" web client is launched from a virtualized machine.

Adobe Reader fails when called from inside AppV bubbles when the PDFs are stored in user-related folder
(%APPDATA%, for example), due to Adobe’s Protected Mode.

On the client machine Disable “Protected Mode” from Adobe Reader. 

                           Menu: Edit -> Preferences -> General tab.
