Description:

AutoSys r11 SP4
Operating System: LINUX, UNIX, Windows
When creating an Extended Calendar, via jil or autocal_asc, one of the optional setting is holcal:

This represents the calendar name to be used for holiday dates.

If the calendar used for the holcal setting is an extended calendar itself, the following message will be displayed:

CAUAJM_E_50415 The Holiday calendar: <holiday_calendar_name> is already defined as Extended Calendar.

Solution:

This is by design. The holidays need to be explicitly defined and not dynamic days as defined in an extended calendar.

Create a standard calendar which would include the holiday dates.

Use that standard calendar when prompted for a Holiday Calendar during the creation of extended calendars.

CAUAJM_E_50415 "CAUAJM_E_50415 The Holiday calendar: <> is already defined as Extended Calendar.
CAUAJM_E_50415 "Holiday Calendar cannot be an Extended Calendar.
CAUAJM_E_50415 "Re-enter the Holiday Calendar."
