Catalog Request Stuck at Pending fulfillment Status

After installation of SP05 (CUM5) the catalog request status is not getting changed to" USD Request Open" after service desk request is created by the process.. All request status shows as "Pending fulfillment" even after the respective SD request moved to resolved status.
Need to Apply  hotfix SO01176  on top of CP5
