Can't view report from REPORT LIST TAB

Introduction:

After updating to a newer Web Viewer Build, I can not view a report from the REPORT LIST TAB. When I click on a report the report list screen is replaced with a screen that says SESSION TIMEOUT and shows a link to LOG back in.

Question:

Why was the application affected in this way after updating Web Viewer to a newer Build? Was a defect introduced? Was some part of the configuration invalidated?

No, Web Viewer was unaffected by the Build update and the configuration was not changed. The problem is likely caused by what is stored in your browser or/database not matching the application specifics. The problem is usually resolved with a browser internet options clear cache or/and a DB.
