Can't open RDP sessions via CA PAM

While trying to access RDP applications via CA PAM, users were getting a "no license available" error. This was working fine before, and suddenly stopped. The error message is below:

Microsoft Windows Terminal Services Licensing ran out of available licenses. It was an issue in the endpoint side (in this case, Microsoft licensing), and not in CA PAM.


After checking the total PAM licenses and license usage, confirm that there are available PAM licenses. If there are, check the Windows Terminal Services license count and make corrective actions there.
