Cannot send email from CAPC

Issue:
Can no longer send emailed reports from CAPC web console.

Connectivity to the email server is fine and emails can be sent from the CAPC server by telnetting to the email server on port 25.
Environment:
CA Performance Management
Cause:
The CA Performance Center server cannot resolve its hostname to retrieve the reports to email.
Resolution:
Make sure the CA Performance Management server can resolve its hostname via DNS or /etc/hosts/
