cannot re-install 17.1 rollup1 on catalog after uninstalling rollup1

Issue:
After uninstalling 17.1 Rollup1 from control panel  , attempt to re-install 17.1 Rollup1 , it will not install . The patch installer  thinks  17.1 Rollup1 patch  already installed
Environment:
Service catalog 17.1  
Cause:

For 17.1 Rollup 1 patch (  i.e.  17.1.0.1 )  ,  when you uninstall it ,  you will not only go to  Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall Program  to uninstall it from catalog server ,  but  also need to clean it up in MDB  via DBCleanupUtility tool in 17.1 Rollup1 patch installation image.  
Resolution:

1.  go to < SM 17.1 Rollup1 patch Installer Home>\DBCleanupUtility, doouble click  DBCleanupUtility.bat  to invoke the utility 
Ex: E:\CASM_DVD\DBCleanupUtility
CMD >E:\CASM_DVD\DBCleanupUtility>DBCleanupUtility.bat

Note:  for  "Enter product name to be uninstalled : "  , you need to enter ProductUpdates 
          for "Enter product to cleanup updates:(sdm,slcm,itam.xflow,uss,chatserver,searchserver): " , you need to enter slcm ( for catalog )
