Cannot operate DevTest Portal after logging in and logging out several times.

After repeatedly logging in and logging out of the DevTest Portal in the browser, the screen of the DevTest Portal does not change from the login screen and freezes.

To avoid this phenomenon, we need to restart Registry and DevTest Portal.


This is a known defect of DevTest Portal for DevTest 10.0. The problem is related the feature to access the database from DevTest Portal.
