Cannot login to CABI Jasper after disabling SSL

Issue:
After disabling the SSL configuration between the CA Spectrum and Jasper which also contain LDAP integration, Active Directory users cannot log in.

When checking under the logs catalina.out: Linux or Windows stdout.log Windows

 /opt/CA/SharedComponents/CABI/apache-tomcat/logs

You will find error such as:

2018-09-27 12:51:07,228 ERROR ExternalUserSetupProcessor,http-nio-8080-exec-8:169 - Error processing external user >username>: Internally defined user <username> already exists. Please contact an admin user to resolve the issue.
2018-09-27 12:51:07,229 ERROR ExternalDataSynchronizerImpl,http-nio-8080-exec-8:99 - Error during synchronization
com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.JSException: Internally defined user <Username> already exists. Please contact an admin user to resolve the issue.

Environment:
CA Spectrum 10.2.3
CABI Jasper 6.4.3
Cause:
After Disabling the SSL the jasper server still has the cache usernames on memory.
Resolution:
1)    Login with superuser to Jasper 

2)    Go to ManageUsers. 

3)    Search with the username. (example same username is showing on the error message)

4)    Delete the user now., cleared all Browser/Chrome v69 cache – everything. 

5)    Logout from superuser and try to login with the username again.
