Issue:
We are failing to load our archived AE data due to the following error:

Environment:
CA Workload Automation iDash r12.0+
Cause:
There is a configuration issue with the primary and secondary iDash URLs.
Resolution:
In the idash.conf file, add 'https://' to the beginning of the idash.server.url value for the primary and secondary iDash servers.
