Cannot launch CA Directory R14 Management UI

Question:
I am trying to set up CA Directory 14. The Dxserver gets installed properly, but I am not sure the Dxagent and the Management Ui are getting installed properly. Although I can see all the processes are running, I am not able to launch the Management UI, and I am not able to see any file dxmgmtuiserver in my installed folder. I am using Windows 8.1 64 bit OS.
Environment:
CA Directory R14 on Windows 8.1 x64
Answer:
This kind of behavior can happen when the installer is being run on an unsupported OS. As per the current PSM, Windows 8.1 is not supported for CA Directory R14.
