Cannot import certificate to JCS 12.6.8 CR1

Issue:

When trying to import a certificate into JCS a failre popup window appears.

Environment:
Identity Manager 12.6 SP8Identity Manager 12.6 SP8 CR1
Cause:

This is an issue with Chrome web browser.

Resolution:

Using Internet Explorer in compatibility mode resolves this issue.
