Issue: 

A popup error "Cannot execute the request. The Api Server Pool is congested. [SDM070000]" is displayed in the DSM Explorer frequently, causing interruptions. The user has to click 'OK' and refresh the DSM Explorer to use it again.

 

Environment:  

All versions of CA Client Automation

 

Resolution:

Increase the ‘Dialog Manager: API Server maximum pool level’ configuration policy parameter from 10 to 30.

 

The configuration policy parameter is located under ‘Default Computer Policy->DSM->Software Delivery->Manager’
