Cannot display any data at three reports in Virtual Service Metrics

There are some reports which cannot display any data from Reporting->Virtual Service Metrics which are running the operating system with Japanese language setting. In detail these three reports:
  • Virtual Service Forced Delay
  • Virtual Service Response Time
  • Virtual Service Transactions per Second
TheseĀ  are steps to reprocduce:
  1. Run Virtual Service on DevTest which running on Japanese OS and make transactions.
  2. Login Portal and go to Login Portal.
  3. Go to Reporting -> Virtual Service Metrics.
  4. Open the three reports listed upper and check the data in the report.
