Our developers track hours against Agile Central tasks (level below User Story). Our question is this - will these actuals entered in Agile Central for these tasks sync over to PPM through the AC integration add-in?
We do not bring over AC task level hours on a story over to a PPM task. PPM is more strict when work is logged on task since it is tied to financials and in AC, the task level hours can be changed and updated at any time causing issues on the PPM side. A debit/credit will need to applied on the PPM side if the task has posted actuals and there needs to be a log of that change as oppose to a straight that happens in AC).
We recommend AC users utilize the embedded PPM timesheet where they can log their hours again AC features that get imported as PPM Tasks which are visible on embedded PPM timesheet within AC.
