Question:

Can we use the PDA interface for Service Desk on a Windows PC? 

Answer:

This cannot be set as the default interface. The user has to log into Service Desk as pda:<username>, rather than just <username>.

If they append pda: to their username, they will use the PDA interface.

This is limited to only being available to users with the Administrator and Analyst access types.
