Can we send Manual Notifications in html format?

Question:

By default Manual Notifications are sent in plain text, unlike other notifications which are sent in HTML format. Can these notifications be sent with HTML formatting?

Answer:

Manual Notifications only support plain text. The current release of Service Desk Manager, 17.1, does not allow Manual Notify messages to have HTML formatting.

Message Templates support HTML formatting, but cannot be used for the Manual Notify feature at this time.
