Can we change the PPM Password Policy when LDAP Authentication is enabled?
Environment:
CA PPM On-Premise - All Versions
LDAP Authentication Enabled in CSA
Answer:
Yes, you can change the password policy in CSA even when LDAP is enabled, however, the password policy is bypassed for those users who have "external authentication" enabled on their resource record as they are authenticating via LDAP and not via PPM itself.  For any users that do not have external authentication enabled, the updated PPM password policy will be in effect.
