Question:

Can the version of Tomcat supplied with the OM WebViewer be configured to use SSL certificates stored in an external security manager like RACF?  The Tomcat doc listed with OM WebViewer doesn’t say, but other CA-supplied Tomcat instances like with CA Common Services seem to have that capability.

I can configure with a Java keystore but I’d rather use RACF if it’s supported.

Answer:

No, the Tomcat delivered with Web Viewer is the vanilla Tomcat from apache.org

If you want to use RACF certificate management, you'll need to get Tomcat from CA Common Services. Then install Web Viewer using the WAR option then deploy to the CSS Tomcat.
