Can the labels on the tabs in CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) be changed?

CA Service Desk Manager 12.9, 14.1

Answer

Yes, the labels on the CA SDM tabs can be changed.  Simply go to the Administration tab -> Security and Role Management -> Role Management -> Tabs

Next, click on the tab that you want to edit the label for (note that there will be multiple entries for the same tab as each may be for a different role), and click the Edit button.  Then you can edit the "Display Name" field as shown here:
