Can SPECTRUM Secure Domain Controller (SDC) exist on the same server as eHealth
Is a separate server needed for eHealth and the SDC

Problem Environment:
eHealth 6.1
SPECTRUM
Problem Ticket: PRD00037125

Causes of this problem:
The SPECTRUM Secure Domain Controller (SDC) uses a different version of the ETPKI libraries than eHealth. They are not compatible, and we have no way of changing eHealth to make them compatible until the compiler upgrade project in eHealth 10.0. Therefore we cannot support SDC on the same machine as eHealth.

Starting in eHealth 6.1.1, we will reduce this constraint so that as long as the customer doesn't use HA/DR or SNMP V3 features of eHealth, these two pieces of software will be able to coexist.
