Can not put "ca-eula.txt" in "/tmp" in TIM installation. There is no regulation in the installation document.

When tim is installed. 
The following message is output. 

Specify CA End User License Agreement File Path and Filename 

Please specify the CA End User License Agreement (EULA) file path and filename. The CA EULA file path may be specified with an absolute or relative path. Relative paths are resolved relative to the installer launch directory. 

This agreement must be acknowledged and accepted by the end user in order for installation to proceed. To acknowledge and accept the agreement: 
- open it in a text editor and read the terms and conditions 
- edit the end of the file to indicate acceptance of the license 
- save the changes 

CA EULA File Path and Filename (DEFAULT: /tmp/CAAPM/TIM/ca-eula.en.txt): 
The installation path cannot be the /tmp directory 
Enter a different installation prefix: 

Document is written as follows. 

4.Specify the file path and file name of the CA EULA file and press Enter. 

Default: <Current Working Directory>/ca-eula.en.txt 

5.Specify the installation directory and press Enter. 

Default: /opt 

Note: You can specify any directory other than /tmp and /var/tmp. 

Is eula useless?
TIM installer code, it is not allowing installation the installer exection from /tmp/ (or /var/tmp).
There is no description currently prohibiting the use of /tmp (or /var/tmp) in the installation text of TIM.
However, since the installer checks it, please install it using a directory other than /tmp(or /var/tmp).
