can not add events to service type event list

When an administrator tries to add some events in a service type, the events he prepared don't show up in the search list. This

tech doc explains that only events with "allow time resetting" can be inserted into service type.


what kind of events can be used in service type?

Service Desk/CMDB 11.2, 12.7, 12.9, 14.1 on Windows and Unix/Linux OS

Only events with "allow time resetting" flag set can be used in service type. Therefore, if you have some events you would like to add to a service type,

you would need to make sure this flag is set.
