Can not access Solution Details - The incoming token has expired

Issue:
When we trying to access Solution Details for one of CA products from Download Management a new tab opens displaying msg:
The incoming token has expired I recently got additional site access to company "Name of the company " (siteid).
The siteid x can not be selected when editing My Account / Profile / CA Support./ Support Access Information.
Resolution:
We advise to use Google Chrome or Firefox as browser.
