Can module DBSGMPR be NEWCOPYed?

Question:
Can DATACOM load module DBSGMPR be implemented using NEWCOPY command?
Environment:
z/OS, CA Datacom/DB 14.0 and higher
Answer:
Referring to NEWCOPY command in:

DBSGMPR is not a module listed which can be NEWCOPYed. 

List is as follow: 
"A valid procedure name, or one of the following module names: 
DBACMPR, DBACRPR, DBAFNPR, DBBFLPR, DBBFMPR, DBBFWPR, DBCAPPR, DBCFMPR, DBCL1PR, DBCMPPR, DBCOMPR, DBCPLPR DBDSMPR, DBDSTPR, DBDS2PR, DBDS3PR, DBDVCPR, DBEIPPR, DBFABPR, DBHSTPR, DBIDSPR, DBIDXPR, DBID3PR, DBIOCPR, DBIOMPR, DBKEYPR, DBLOGPR, DBMEMPR, DBMPLPR, DBMPXPR,DBMPZPR, DBMSMPR, DBOP1PR, DBREDPR, DBREXPR, DBR0PPR, DBRPFPR, DBRPSPR, DBRPTPR, DBRQPPR, DBSMNPR, DBSPLPR, DBSQMPR, DBSRPPR, DBSUBPR, DBTXBPR, DBUPDPR, DBUPXPR, DBUTMPR, DBXNFPR. The only modules available to be loaded (or deleted) with DBOC are the following: DBCSVPR, DCCTPPR, DCCTRPR, DCCTFPR, DCCTXPR, DCCV1PR, DCCOCPR, DCCO1PR, DCCO2PR, DCCO3PR, DCCO4PR, DCCECPR, DCCETPR, DCCFPPR, and DBSGMPR. Other modules, except DBCVTPR, can be newcopied without the DBOC LOAD= command (or the DBOC DELETE= command).
