Description:

This document describes the language limitations that may need to be taken into account when upgrading or migrating Service Desk.

Solution:

An upgrade or migration from an English Service Desk version to a non-English Service Desk version is not supported. Additionally, an upgrade or migration from a non-English Service Desk version to an English Service Desk version is not supported.

In general, an existing Service Desk installation can only be upgraded to a later version that is of the same language; likewise, an existing Service Desk installation cannot be migrated from one language to another.
