In the case of some CLIPs (directly related to request management/entity access activities), it will be the logged on end user, but for others (related to request execution - such as clips 7,8,16,17) it will be the userid that has been configured in external security to be associated with the Alchemist started task.
The only other restriction is that READUSER can only be used by RACF users (i.e. not by ACF2 or Top Secret users).
