Introduction:
This document will provide a brief description about the callout status which shows Landing Page or [L].

1. After downloading " All Transaction Report" or " Transaction Reported by Cardnumber" from CA Transaction Manager Admin Console.

2. Checking Callout status and observe  Landing Page or [L]

CA Transaction Manager 5 & above

Checking Callout status and observe  Landing Page or [L]

1. Landing page is shown when we provide the option to select between Primary and Supplementary cardholder.

2. Landing page is not an error, it shows the transaction page where customer need to enter OTP, in case if customer does not enter any information (OTP) then click cancel the transaction is abandoned.

3. If the callout status is ending in LANDIN_PAGE that indicates the OTP delivery hasn’t even been initiated.

4. If callout status has only “LANDING_PAGE”, which means transaction is abandoned  after PAReq received and just before  CA ACS establish connection to XYZ Issuers to fetch the details for further journey/validation of a transaction.
