Issue:

Jaspersoft version 6.3.0 install is hanging at 13% and does not progress further

Cause:

Customer was about to install Jaspersoft 6.3.0 for his Spectrum environment to run reports on.

At the following stage during install (screen shot below), the install is hanging and does not got further:

Resolution:

Make sure that AntiVirus is disabled, before installing Jaspersoft.
