CABI Not Starting Properly

Issue:
CABI is not starting properly, it simply shows a white page when trying to access it but the services seem to start fine. Version 6.3. The system (Linux) was rebooted and upon coming back up its like this.
Cause:
Error seen in the CABI Tomcat catalina log:

2018-08-07 13:12:12,445 ERROR JSSchedulerFactory,localhost-startStop-3:1205 - Couldn't generate instance Id! 
org.quartz.SchedulerException: Couldn't get host name! [See nested exception: java.net.UnknownHostException: ip-123.123.123.123.aws-abc@123.com: ip-123.123.123.123.aws-abc@123.com: unknown error]

When looking at /etc/hosts/  ip-123.123.123.123.aws-abc@123.com is not seen and when trying to ping it, the hostname is not resolvable.
Resolution:
At some point during the reboot, the hostname of the system was changed.  Contact your systems administrator to figure out how to properly set the hostname in your environment.
