cabi_external probe fails to connect to sqlserver

Issue:
We are seeing the following issues with the cabi_external probe:

1. The dashboard links/drilldowns are not clickable for some reason. Tried it with different browsers on different machines
2. The cabi_external probe still fails to connect to the sql server, so we don't have a sync of the users. 

The connection string being used shows port 1433 being used, which is not the port that what we use for connecting to the sql server.

Is there a way to change this? 

 
Resolution:
Using IM Raw Configure, checked the following keys for data_engine in the setup section:

server 
port 

The server key contained a value of just the server name e.g SQLSERVER-01
Amended that to SQLSERVER-01,<required port number>

The port key did not contain a value. Added the required port number to that.
Apply and deactivated/activated data_engine after which the connection string picks up the correct port number and both issues were resolved.
