CABI BOXI reports return "no records found" after upgrading to Spectrum r10.1.2 with any user other than Administrator account

Issue:

After upgrading to Spectrum 10.1.2, every report return "no record founds". However if the report is run by the "Administrator" account in CABI BOXI, the reports return results.
