Problem:

Observed following in output from job that issues the following command:
OPER LOADAGDF

ESP3893W Agent XXXXXXXX is not defined or you are not authorized to use it

Environment:

CA Workload Automation ESP Edition r11.4

Answer:

The reason is the client defined the agent as CPU for agent workload balance. The agent entry was removed from AGENTDEF table, but resource manager is still keeping the CPU. Client needs to delete the agent related CPU first, then reload AGENTDEF.

EXAMPLE:

OPER CPU cpu_name DEL

Additional Information:

Review the CPU command found in the CA Workload Automation ESP Edition Command Reference Guide.
