CA WA System Agent Services Won't Stay Active

Issue:

When we run the 'autorep -M' command, the agent status is Missing. When we start up the agent services, the services stop immediately. 

Environment:
CA Workload Automation Agent AE r11.3+
Cause:

To determine why an agent will not start, check the nohup.stderr file in the agent installation directory.

Resolution:

The agent keeps crashing is because it's unable to initialize the PeopleSoft plugin. There is an issue connecting to the PS DB:

When an agent plugin  cannot be initialized, the agent will shutdown. This is the expected behavior.
