Issue:

A client had a CA DRAS task hang occur.

Current users were stopped in their activity, and new users could not log in. 

 

Environment:

CA View 12.0, 12.1, 12.2

 

Resolution:

The DRAS hang experienced by the client, from a dump review, was attributed to a known issue with CCI (Command Control Interface, in CA Common Services).

 

The solutions (active at client sites since 7/11/16) were:

 . RO90795 (published name from fix TR90795)

   which has prerequisites of the following:

  . . RO85313 (published name from fix TR85313) - CAIRIM - PREVENT CCI APPLICATION FROM FLOODING PROTOCOL 

  . . RO85314 (published name from fix TR85314) - ENF - PREVENT CCI APPLICATION FROM FLOODING PROTOCOL 

  . . RO85315 (published name from fix TR85315) - CCIMVS - PREVENT CCI APPLICATION FROM FLOODING PROTOCOL
