We are using the sdgtw probe to create incidents in CA Service Desk Manager from alarms in UIM.
This works, but the Configuration Item is not being added to the ticket.
We did pre-populate CA Service Desk Manager with the CIs from UIM.
The configuration requires two things:
1- CIs need to be pre-populated in CA SDM:
2- The configuration parameter "ciNameTranslation" is required and must be set to true.
