CA UIM cabi portlet in ump not connecting to cabi

Issue:
Login to UMP Portal
Select cabi portlet 
The cabi portlet displays spinning circles and never progresses
Connecting directly to the cabi serrver  http://<thecabiserverip>/cabijs via a CABI login page works ok
This was an upgrade from cabi 2.0
Environment:
UIM 8.51
cabi 3.20 
Resolution:
Deploying ump_cabi 3.20 portlet to the ump servers as this was missed during upgrade
Clear the browser cache from beginning of time .
Set the required cabi report in Preferences in the cabi portlet in ump
