After following the steps to implement SSL in Admin Console for 8.31, users cannot access the secure Admin Console.  Error in the service_host.log file is similar to the following:

Apr 16 10:46:19:229 [tomcat, service_host] SEVERE: Failed to load keystore type JKS with path C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\service_host\.\C:\Program  Files (x86)\Nimsoft\custom\keystore\ssl.keystore due to C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\probes\service\service_host\.\C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\custom\keystore\ssl.keystore (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)

Error Caused by: <specified_path> (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect) when you specify an absolute path, use a relative path (../../../certs/adminconsole.keystore)
Use relative address for the keystore file instead of an absolute address as specified in the Note found in step #7 of the "Implement a Certificate Authority-Signed SSL Certificate in Admin Console" section of the "Implement SSL in Admin Console" Wiki page for UIM 8.31:

1.  From the service_host Raw Configure GUI, change the value of the keystoreFile key from an absolute path name:

For example:
keystoreFile = C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\custom\keystore\ssl.keystore

to a relative pathname (relative to service_host probe directory)

For example:
keystoreFile = ../../../custom/keystore/ssl.keystore

2.  Save the change and cold start (deactivate, then activate) the service_host probe.

3.  Clear the browser cache from the beginning of time.
