Introduction:
This document will help to view and modify privileges assigned to an admin ID. It will help to compare access given to 2 different admin's.

Environment:
CA - Transaction Manager
Answer:
Instructions to check and compare 2 different admin ID's in same organization.

Step1: Login to Transaction Manager
Step2: Click on Issuer Admin Configurations
Step3: Click on Update Issuer Admin Privileges
Step4: Select Issuer name from drop down list
Step5: Select User ID from the drop down list
Step6: Under Action & Report Privileges for Administrator one can see privileges assigned to an admin.
Step7: Now follow step 1-6 to list privileges assigned to another admin ID to compare and modify privileges accordingly.

Below Screen shot shows list of privileges assigned to user ID 1

If we compare User ID 1 with user ID 2 we can clearly see that User ID 2 have more privileges than User ID 1.

NOTE: We can modify user ID 1 privileges to match it with user ID 2 to provide same level of admin access.

P.S: Same steps can be followed to compare and modify admin privileges for CSR admin's.
