2.  When using the locator search, the results list is only partially filled in.  The results window is either blank or has the word "unknown" for many entries.

3.  When opening any list view in the OneClick Client (ie. on a global collection), the list is only partially filled in.  The list window is either blank or has the word "unknown" for many entries.

Solution:

All of these issues are resolved by patch 9.4.2.1_PTF_9.4.2.134* for CA Spectrum release 9.4.2.1 and 10.00.00.PTF_10.0.005 for CA Spectrum 10.0. If you experience any of the above issues, you will need the fix. This fix will be included in CA Spectrum 9.4.3 (by defect 370920) and 10.1 (by defect 370919).  The Release Notes for both releases will have an entry similar to this:

REST queries fail intermittently with "NoSuchAttribute" errors for valid attributes.

Resolved multi-threaded timing issue that was causing REST responses to complete before all attribute reads were complete.

*Please open a case with CA Spectrum support if you need PTF_9.4.2.1.134 or PTF_1-.0.005.  Note that PTF_9.4.2.1.134 is a bundle patch, that has the following fixes/changes:

Symptom: Unable to run OneClick client without JCE Unlimited policy file installed.
