Issue:  In CA Spectrum 9.2.x, 9.3.x, and 9.4.x, the CA Spectrum Tomcat service is configured to run with a java debug parameter that is causing OneClick tomcat performance issues.   This entry is no longer needed and the use of this entry may cause performance issues. Symptoms of these performance issues may include, but are not limited to:

1.  Long delays with the tomcat service starting up

2.  Delays with OneClick clients populating information

3.  Delays with updates in the OneClick client

Resolution:

1.Open the <SPECROOT>/tomcat/bin/catalina.sh file on Solaris/Linux or the <SPECROOT>/tomcat/bin/OneClickService.conf file on Windows.

2.Remove '-Djava.compiler=NONE' entry.  On Windows, there is only one line with this entry.  Remove the line.  On Solaris/Linux there are two entries.  Please remove just the '-Djava.compiler=NONE' but do not edit any more characters in the line.

3.Open the <SPECROOT>/custom/common/config/tomcat-server-config.xml

4.Remove the '-Djava.compiler=NONE' entry

5.Stop and Restart the OneClick tomcat service

This parameter will be automatically removed as part of the CA Spectrum 10.0 install.
