CA Spectrum is not receiving alerts from UIM

Issue:
CA Spectrum is no longer receiving alerts from UIM from the spectrumgtw probe.

Seeing errors similar to the following in the spectrumgtw.log file:

[wScheduler_Worker-10] ERROR    HeartBeatRestImpl - NAS/EMS or Spectrum is down stopping the schedulers .. NAS/EMS down : true Spectrum down : false
Environment:
UIM 8.51
Spectrum 10.2.2
nas 8.56HF5
ems 9.03
spectrumgtw 8.64
Spectrum UIM service 8.64
Cause:
Initially nas 8.52 and ems 9.01 were deployed, but the problem did not go away after upgrading to the 8.56HF5 nas and 9.03 ems probes.

Root cause appears to be a corrupted installation of the 8.64 spectrumgtw probe.

Seeing errors similar to the following in the spectrumgtw.log file:

Resolution:
1.  Delete the sppectrumgtw probe
2.  Delete the probe directory and its contents
3.  Redeploy the spectrumgtw probe
