Issue:
After applying the first rollup patch for 17.1, the 'prev_time' values in usp_kpi_ticket_data table are not being set by the kpi_qry_daemon
 
Resolution:
This issue is specific to 17.1 release.
The correction of this problem should be available via a test fix patch.
