CA SDM 17.0 new UI not showing after upgrade

Issue:

After upgrading to CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) 17.0, the new 17.0 UI is not appearing, but instead the "old" UI is still showing

Environment:
CA Service Desk Manager 17.0All Supported Operating Systems
Resolution:

Run the following commands on the CA SDM 17.0 server(s): 

pdm_webcache -H 
pdm_webcache -b 

After this is completed, close all web browser windows, clear web browser cache and attempt to access the CA SDM 17.0 UI.
