Can CA Scheduler give notification for a SCHEDULE when it does not complete by certain time?
Yes. In the CA Scheduler SCHEDULE definition, use the MUST END time value to enter the time it must be completed by. For example, at 3:15 am, the MUST END : 000315 . This will give the following message to the console:
CACM064I SCHD MSG FOR SCHEDULE:yourschd
CACM064I SCHD DID NOT COMPLETE BY DEADLINE 0/03.15
If you are using email notification, you can enter the email EVENTS for . . .
