1. CA SAM Master Catalog Content requests must be submitted through CA Support Online (including the product-related information provided by the customer).
2. Product information must be submitted electronically using the prescribed template (see attached).
3. CA will endeavor to respond to content requests indicating whether the request will be fulfilled (content will be added), if further clarification is required or if the submission is declined (content will not be added).
4.If the request will be fulfilled, CA will update Master Catalog as follows:
Updated Master Catalog Content will be delivered to the customer with the next regular catalog update (after the request process is fulfilled).
